Sample Adjunct Mathematics Job Description

Adjunct - Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Linfield University seeks adjunct professors to teach coursework in mathematics during the 2022-2023 academic year. Courses may include, but are not limited to:

  • MATH 140 Introduction to Statistics
  • MATH 150 Precalculus
  • MATH 160 Finite Mathematics with Calculus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in mathematics, or a master's degree in education with a bachelor's degree in mathematics; and
  • Experience teaching in higher education.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:

In order to create the healthiest face-to-face learning environment possible, Linfield University is requiring that all faculty, staff, and students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
