Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology

Linfield College seeks a Ph.D. graduate with a specialty in the area of social psychology for a 1-year position as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology.  Linfield will consider ABD candidates as well.  The preferred candidate will be prepared to teach a total of seven courses per year including (but not limited to):  introductory social psychology, research methods, an introductory survey of psychology course, and a seminar in a topic related to social psychology. The successful applicant will have some evidence of successful teaching experience with undergraduates, as well as the ability to engage undergraduate students in collaborative research.
